Every campaign he has ever been in since Governor seems to have been an exercise in "drafting" like a cyclist does rather than winning it in the mountains like a champion. Yes everyone "likes" him, but who "loves" him? So what does high turn out mean? We know there are at least 10,000 people in DE who love CO enough to take the time to write her name onto a ballot. Anyway, if I were MC I'd be a little nervous about high turn out. R.
