RB2 definitely. Next spot should be WR or QB. Most draft experts would tell you WR. Because you shouldn't wait until round 4 for a WR especially if you start 3 WRs. Also depends if QB's get 4 pts or 6 pts per TD pass and whether you award points per reception or just based on yardage. You also just have to see what is available. If there was a run on QBs you may want to wait and get a perfectly serviceable one with pick 4.
