EMAIL DETAILS

Obviously, they seem a little stressed out about this. Not sure if this
came from out of the blue or they knew this was coming. Sounds like they
were surprised.

Tomar has called me a couple of times tonight. Want to get back to him in
the morning after we can discuss. Ultimately, seems to me they need either
a lawyer (Boies, maybe?) or a lobbyist depending on what needs to be done or
can be done. I am trying to find out if this is appealable or not (and even
if it is, they are not the party that was found to be at fault that was the
Houston Metro so I don't know what CAF itself would do).
