Hi Thad and Chris, I hope everyone is back from their summer holidays refreshed and upbeat about all the great opportunities before us. Michael and I are going to chat this afternoon and walk through the most recent Steering Committee status and make a recommendation of when to schedule our next group review. Devon, Curt and I are going to meet in DC next Wednesday to do a Product Jam session to start to tease out some potential product development paths. For this week, we'd like Thad and Chris to complete their review of the Term Sheet and to provide any final updates to Marc to he can product a final draft. Please let me know if you need me to help facilitate. (the latest version of Term Sheet attached for you convenience - no changes since last distribution). Ideally we have changes/comments into Marc by COB Friday and we can get a fresh look at the Term Sheet for the start of next week.
