It looks like the space next door is available. Rushmypassport.com was subletting from Blue Mercury and Blue Mercury's lease expires in November. In November, Blue Mercury will probably renew their lease but relinquish the space next door to the building to lease separately and it will go back on the market. Our landlord knows that we are interested and I am told will let us know if anyone else is interested. It is kind of pricey. It is 1500 Sq Feet (doesn't seem that large) and renting for about $5000 a month. I think we may be able to negotiate them down a little - although we may be able to get them to throw in renovations at the asking price. I find it hard to believe that that space will be useful to a lot of people. Alone, it is not the most well designed space, but works really well as an add on to ours. Bottom line, we think we should grab it - we can always sublet if we need to, but it won't probably be available for occupancy until November at the earliest. Eric D.
