I like the space alot as well. Between this space and potentially the back of the current office, this should be support to support RSA and Vide in whatever form Vide will take. I will make sure to put a loud talking sales person adjacent to RHB's office, a Navy Veteran who worked on the air deck of a carrier who is likely hard of hearing and like to do all his calls on speaker phone. I found this on the building from about a year ago where they were publicly listing space between $26-$35 a square foot, the $5k a month for 1500 SQFT is $40 a square foot. With the Commercial market down from last year, we should be negotiating for $30 a square foot or around $3,750 a month. We should also not do a new lease, but amend it to the term of the current lease with no additional down payment, plus a build out - see attached listing. After the call on Tuesday we should have a better idea, but seems like a good move to lock it up.
