Thanks for your note. We certainly understand the scheduling difficulties on
the event with the Indian Power Minister. I’ll get the new dates over to UD
this morning. We followed up with Stephen last night and will aim for a
meeting in that time period as well.

Good morning! Jim and I just finished meeting.


Thank you for the opportunity to meet with the Minister of Power.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend given timing. We think this is
a great strategic opportunity, however, 10 am on Monday is a challenge. We
regret that we cannot physically be there but truly appreciate the
initiation.


As for dates for U of D – can we see if they have availability either 9.22,
9.23, or 9.24? It would be great if we could also try to get some details
from Stephen and see if we could schedule Amtrak during that time frame as
well.

Good Evening Jim and Julia,


A company we work with is involved in organizing an event for the Indian
Minister of Power for this upcoming Monday, 9/13 in NY (10am-11:30am). I
apologize for the short notice, but we wanted to make you aware of the
opportunity. There will be a small reception followed by brief (we’re told
10 min) individual meetings with the Minister. The main goal of the meetings
is to establish a relationship and to lay the groundwork for future meetings
in India. Julia, we can discuss the exact details on our call tomorrow
morning, but I wanted to make you both aware of the opportunity immediately
given the short notice.
