Summer has treated me well - but as Hunter was kind enough to mention last over - "Now it is over."

Your timing is not great though. Unfortunately, Hunter and I are both out on the 17th to attend Rob Walker's Bachelor Party that weekend (leaving that AM). Potentially that might change, so I'll let you know. If you want to set up a call sometime too that might work.
