Michael, I spoke with Nick Rohatyn. He and Tarun have only exchanged emails but have pledged to get together the next time either of them is in the other's city. I suggested a conference call between Nick, Tarun, you and me and perhaps Karl and Melanie as a way of getting the ball rolling. Nick has discussed with his colleagues the idea of collaborating on a White paper with a prominent academic like Tarun and is very interested in moving forward. He is pretty flexible between now and the end of October. Can you suggest a few dates that might work for you? I can reach out directly to Tarun for his availability unless you would prefer to reach out to him yourself. Please advise.

Lastly, I asked Nick to send the materials for the Latin American private equity fund directly to you @ Linden + Linden.
