Hi there. Thanks so much for thinking of me but I would have a conflict. You might want to consider Kitty Higgins. She started her own solo practice last year and we share office suite. She is doing rail work but I don't think with any rail manufacturers. She is former NTSB member, former Clinton labor deputy secretary and cabinet affairs secretary and also former Kennedy/Sandy Levin staffer.
