Hey,

Rob had the call on speaker so I listened in. A couple of things, I
did retail leasing for Rouse Co and others for a lot of years is there
anything that I can add to the Hudson meeting tomorrow?On a larger
issue, does it make sense fro me to sit in on Rosemont / Seneca
meetings or calls in general or to go to some of these meetings with
you guys. If there is value added I am happy to do it?
