Since we need a "news hook" for the press release that shows some action, our recommendation would be to revise Jim's letter as attached to incorporate some of the more "political" language we want the public to focus on, and release this letter to the public.
The press release would remain similar to the earlier draft but we would revise it to reflect the new names of the official letter to Metro that has been shared with all of the Metro leadership urging them to re-consider their decision.
