(1) The number of Points required to redeem an Elevate travel reward on Virgin America will be publicly available on a seat and flight-specific basis and are subject to change. Domestic reward bookings are subject to a security fee of $2.50 per segment, payable by credit card or Virgin America credit file. The Passenger Facility Charge and Segment Fees are waived for domestic reward bookings. For international reward bookings, Virgin America guests are responsible for the taxes and fees incurred from international travel. These taxes and fees are subject to change at the discretion of each country’s government and also vary from country to country depending on the origin and destination.

(2) Offer subject to credit approval. Benefits will vary depending upon the card for which you are approved. Not everyone will qualify for the Signature Card. In some instances, you may receive a Platinum card. This offer is available to new Cardmembers only. For information about rates, fees, other costs, and the reward program rules (including point accrual rate, bonus point awards, etc.) and benefits associated with the use of this credit card program, please see the Terms and Conditions.

(3) Bonus Points: Bonus points will be awarded at the close of the first billing statement in which you make your first purchase or balance transfer and will then be credited to your Virgin America Rewards Account. Balance Transfer Bonus Points: Earn one (1) point per one dollar ($1) in balances that post to your Virgin America Credit Card in the first 30 days after your account is opened, up to a maximum of 2,500 points. (4) Earn 5 points per $1 for your base fare just for being an Elevate member, and with the Virgin America Visa Signature card, you will earn three (3) Elevate points for every one dollar ($1) of net purchases of Virgin America tickets or Red in-flight purchases with the credit card account, rounded to the nearest dollar and (1) Elevate point for every one dollar ($1) of net purchases made everywhere else the account is used, rounded to the nearest dollar.
