Reading through the email chain, it looks like he is someone Barry Yerger wanted to introduce you to. The guys seems to be looking for a DC shop to help with DOE grant writing. Probably not us, but boy, I wish Paul and Steve could learn to do that.

The guy is with a law firm called Haynes and Boone in Texas which I know well because my friend Lori was there. Not sure they have the best reputation. They are a big oil law firm trying to make the pivot to cleantech.

Might be worth me talking to the guy - but probably not worth your time.
