Hunter: following up on our conversation last week the 4tell Board Friday approved the company moving forward to do an equity capital raise of about $5M. The focus is going to be on existing strategic partners rather than going out to the broader capital market and the time frame will be end of year 2010. We already have strong expressions of interest from several partners.

A document is being assembled now that will give the necessary investor background, overview, and financials, and I will make sure you are amongst the first to see it. Meanwhile we think it would be useful to arrange an introductory call with your partners at Rosemont in NY so we can understand the parameters under which they operate and give them a bird's eye view of what we are up to. If you agree could you or your office get us a couple of proposed windows for that call?
