Our records show that on December 20, 2016, at 8:33 AM CT, you enabled CyberCodeTM Token and its additional security controls. So, this is how you will log on to usaa.com or mobile.usaa.com from now on:

At logon, you'll still use your online ID.

However, your password will now be your PIN followed by the six-digit
number displayed on your CyberCode token.
As a reminder, the additional security controls require that you:

Use CyberCode as your only logon method.

Use your PIN and CyberCode to confirm your identity when you call USAA.
And, if you forget your logon credentials such as your online ID, password or PIN, we can text your information to a mobile phone in your profile.
No action is necessary unless this activity occurred without your knowledge or permission. To report unauthorized changes, please call 1-877-632-3002 and say, "website customer support."
