Talked to Tomar. Was a perfectly fine discussion - he is trying to arrange his schedule to come by and see me on Monday and said wants to talk about FL HSR which sounds like it is their next target in the U.S. He said, "I have been given the go ahead to start working on this and need your help."

I'll find out a little more from Tomar about what they are looking for and mentioned already that we have a relationship with HNTB who is the project manager for FL. I will also mention that Lorenzo is going to the FL HSR conference next week.

Briefly talked about Amtrak and mentioned that we could be helpful with Governor Paterson and he was receptive but really wanted to focus on FL. I wouldn't read too much into that either way. I got the sense that they were just being extra careful as it relates to the Amtrak project as he said Amtrak is controlling everything on this and we can't do anything without consulting them first. Which makes complete sense.
