Hunter,
I told Nick you were traveling at that a good friend of the firm responded to his question. I would never have sent a response from you that you didn't read first. I forwarded Jack's response from Jack because I couldn't say it was from anyone in the firm without you (or someone) ok'ing it first. I had no way of knowing if the information was what you would have wanted to say.
In any case, Nick seemed satisfied and I spoke with him the next day about his meetings in Chicago that Kevin Lynch set up for him. I asked if Jack's information answered his questions and if he had anything additional and he said the answer was fine.
I will send you the email exchange on Monday and we can discuss proper procedure for the next time.
