Clinic at Gunston Cove in Lorton, Virginia. You'll learn how to set up your transition
area, what to wear, and how to move efficiently from swim to bike to run. We'll
then run through a live practice of both transitions.

After the transition practice, we'll jump back in the water (which never gets deeper
than six feet in the cove) to practice swimming navigation and maneuvering within
a group.
