Mike-

Hope you are doing well. I wanted to quickly touch base re: Miguel Aleman’s interest in Rosemont Realty and Devon said you would be the best one to reach out to.

Miguel would like to transfer the ownership of his interest to his Uncle. I don’t believe any money is changing hands - he just wants to assign them to his Uncle going forward. I assume there is some paperwork required on your end.

I am copying Jeff Cooper, who is in touch with Miguel most frequently and can be the point of contact to get anything you need from Miguel to make this happen.
