Peter-

Hope you are well. I wanted to forward the below email to you to keep you in the loop on the potential China location we discussed. Hunter and I thought it would be a good opportunity to have the Chairwoman of Harves meet with Joel Manby in Orlando to introduce herself and give senior officials at SeaWorld an idea of the type of partner Haves could be without the large expenditure of time and resources involved in a trip to China.

If you have any thoughts on this we’d appreciate it. And of course, if you think it is appropriate, it would be great if you could weigh in on this.

Thanks for all of your help on this.

Best,

Eric

Doug -

First off, we have great news - Bo Zhang’s wife had their baby girl last Friday!

The Chairwoman of Harves Century Group is in DC visiting Bo, and is available until March 5th when she goes back to China.

I understand your team and all of your resources are focused on the Middle East project. However, I wanted to see if we could capitalize on the opportunity that the Chairwoman of Harves is stateside. She could be available to make a day trip to meet with SeaWorld CEO Joel Manby. This way, SeaWorld and Harves could have the chance to get to know each other and have an in-depth discussion regarding Nanbei Lake and future opportunities in China without having to make the trip.

Please let me know if you think this a possibility.

Give my best to the team!

Fran
