Jeff -

It's great to be connected with you! I feel like I know you, because I've
heard your name many times over the years. Hunter said to put you down for
$100K - awesome! Just kidding...but really...I just appreciate all the
support I can get.

Maybe I could call you sometime to talk. My personal cell is (202)320-7239.

Our campaign got off to a great start down here. We pushed out an
announcement video that you can see on our website www.PersonForCongress.com
- I was raised in politics by VP Biden, so my voice is rooted in Biden -
which is a great thing. We got a lot of buzz down here, and both sides are
ready for a race.

The incumbent, Rep Mick Mulvaney, beat (D) Rep. John Spratt in 2010, and
hasn't has a funded challenger since. He's a freedom caucus guy and has
found himself on the wrong side of some major issues. Quite honestly, he's
not a liked guy, even on the republican side. On message, I will beat him.
I need to be able to raise enough to be able to get up on air at the end of
this.

It's a good thing and a bad thing, but with my close relationship with VP
Biden, the expectation is very high for me to be a well funded candidate.
It's going well so far, but all eyes are going to be on my March 31 first
quarter filing to see how viable I am. It's going well so far, but I have
my neck on the line, so I'm naturally nervous...I'm sure you know the
feeling.

Your support would be huge for me, and if you have any other folks that I
could call, I will follow up with them immediately. The max contribution
for a Congressional race is $5400 per individual.

Look forward to talk with you,

Fran Person
