Thanks for taking the time to talk to my business partner, Eric Schwerin,
recently. Our mutual friend, Rob Buccini, has great things to
say about you and I appreciate your willingness to connect with Harves
Investment Group (HIG) about your facility in Shenzhen.

HIG is a firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Their parent-company, Harves
Century Group, is headquartered in Shenyang. Harves Cenury Group is a top
tier private real estate development firm with offices and projects all
over China. Harves has developed over 50 million square acres of land in
China to date, among them, many multi-billion dollar developments. Their
reputation is impeccable, and they have strong local, provincial, and
national level government relationships - specifically in Shenzhen - which
is essential in getting any major project done.

Bo Zhang, CC’d on this email is the Chairman of Harves Investment Group,
and he is also involved in the leadership of Harves Century Group. As Eric
discussed with you, Bo Zhang will be in China in the next couple of weeks
and would like to arrange an introductory meeting with DuPont's person in
China to talk about your facility in Shenzhen. I know that it is currently
under contract, but I think it would be worth DuPont's time to at least
meet with Bo as an introduction to HIG and Harves Century Group should
there any issues or other opportunities down the road.

I have attached some information on Harves that I think will give you some
additional background on their firm.

Bo can coordinate directly with you or your person in China on the
specifics of a meeting.
