Semi-Annual Reports from Your Funds

out and stay informed about your investments. These are the iShares

What’s an Exchange Traded Fund?
Acorns portfolios were developed with help from Nobel Prize-winning
economist Dr. Harry Markowitz and range from conservative to aggressive.
They include a mix of seven ETFs from Vanguard and BlackRock, which contain
thousands of stocks and bonds. ETFs expose us to hundreds of stocks and
bonds at once so we’re less vulnerable to market swings than if we put

What are government bonds and corporate bonds?
A government bond is a debt security, or tradable financial asset,
issued by a government. In the United States, these include savings bonds,
treasury bonds and treasury inflation-protected securities, known as TIPS.
A corporate bond is a debt security, or tradable financial asset, issued by
a corporation.


What’s in the semi-annual reports?
A ton of important information, including a full rundown of the
holdings included in the funds. ETFs are fully transparent, which means you
know exactly what’s in their portfolios.
