Dear Board of Directors,

Thank you to all who were able to join this week’s board meeting. The discussion was extremely valuable and I’m grateful for your guidance on how to navigate within the current environment. Critical.

I was very pleased with our thoughtful guests – Senator Santorum’s candor, the new in-roads we made with Under Secretary Heather Nauert, meeting Acting MCC CEO Brock Bierman, and the thoughtful input on a wide range of topics from the NYT’s Nick Kristof. What did you think? Any key takeaways you would underscore?

I’m sorry about the last-minute changes with Deputy National Security Adviser Mira Ricardel, but we look forward to securing another date soon. Apparently, NSA John Bolton’s treaty announcement yesterday from the press room trumped our meeting.
