Just had lunch with Matt Schneider, COS at OPIC. Talked about their PE work - will give you a download later. Couple of things though - he's starting to think of what next to do in the Administration. Not sure he is the exact right fit but he's the type who could fill a Dep COS role. Worked at the WH for Podesta and Ricchetti - might be someone to keep in mind - didn't say anything to him about it. He might also be looking for an Asst Sec type of job. Also, he said he thinks Ricchetti is trying to get back in. I think I mentioned the first time that he'd be perfect for your Dad's COS if it were to open up again. Also, something to keep in mind.
