Maine GOP Sen. Susan Collins will vote "yes" on Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination. Her vote brings Kavanaugh to the 50 votes he needs to be confirmed to the Supreme Court and nearly assuring giving President Donald Trump and Republican leaders a critical victory on the decisive Saturday confirmation vote.

"I do not believe that these charges can fairly prevent Judge Kavanaugh from serving on the court," Collins said of accusations against Kavanaugh. "I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh."
