I have made a few suggested changes to the attached document, let me know what you think.
When you send this document to Leonardo I think it is important to mention these key points in the email so they are highlighted in order to help keep pressure on the decision timeline and ensure there is no question on the cost:
- We are confident that our relationships will enable OAS to build a profitable business in Colombia.  At the same time in order to position OAS to secure the identified opportunities it is important that we start introducing you to our contacts immediately.
- As noted in our previous proposal the cost of our services is $25,000 USD per month plus a success fee.  We look forward to starting a working relationship with OAS and believe that once we start working with each other we will be able to identify additional ways our relationships can be leveraged to help OAS secure business in other key markets such as Africa and Haiti.
