If you want me to do it, can I mention that Estrella and Rosemont and working together in some deals, and interested specifically in this one? I think it will be more powerful, and also get us both in the deal from the beginning. They are looking for additional equity and debt (or grant) financing. This is a greenfield project. Consequently, given that CBHF is intended to have a relatively short life, this is not an ideal fit with our focus. Yet, the project potentially has great merit and I wanted to bring it to your attention. If you are interested in further information, feel free to contact Ed Miller, cc’d here, directly.
