Beau is going to be in San Francisco all day on the 26th and flying out that night on the red eye. I know it is limited time, but he is free late afternoon and early evening before he takes off on the red eye. I know the Lt. Gov. will be here in DC on the 25th and it sounds like may not be back in time to see Beau, but that is his limited schedule in SF. If Beau isn't able to see the Lt. Gov. this trip, I believe Beau will be back in the Bay Area in September.
