Please find attached the draft 2010 tax return for your review (IRS Form 990). From the time that I came on board in February 2010 to serve as CEO, the Board and staff of WFP USA have worked diligently to establish a strong foundation for future growth of the organization. As the numbers below indicate, we have built that foundation. We would not have achieved these goals without the tireless dedication of Randy Russell, the Chairman of the Board, and the efforts of the overall Board. Thanks to the your commitment, we are moving the organization to the next level of development. Thank you.

Form 990 Highlights:

1. Revenue increased from $19.5 million in 2009 to $39.5 million in 2010.

2. We began 2010 with a negative balance of -$186,400 and ended 2010 with a positive balance of $1.9 million.

3. We decreased salary costs from $1.8 million to $1.7 million in 2010.
