Talked to Devon - who I guess took his family to the Lone Rock Board Meeting in Oregon this week for a working vacation. He talked to ACTA and was told the next time they'd be available to come to DC is November - although wasn't clear if that was given ACTA's calendar or included scheduling issues for Dan and Devon as well. He thought we should keep the meeting if possible. Would mean you'd in essence come to DC for the day for a 3:30-5:30pm meeting with them and leave on the 7:30pm flight back to Chicago. We are going to talk tomorrow again on this before locking anything back in but are you OK with this given that it might be until November? Devon also said he'd go back to them one more time and see if the following week or two would work. Let me know - probably not ideal I know.
