The report claims that the world only had a dozen years to keep global warming at a cap of 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial temperatures. (The planet is currently at 1 degree Celsius above pre-industrial temperatures.)</p><br />
