<p><span style="font-family: Georgia,Arial,sans-serif; font-weight: regular;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><b>Russia:</b> Russia <a style="color:#ea1414;font-weight:bold;text-decoration:none;" href="http://click1.crm.foreignpolicy.com/nrkddzmkmwdnqqqtntwzjncmbynzzcktjtqkyjpqwtyrq_jjvbjttbswbvjmmqbbtj.html">mobilized</a> about 300,000 troops for war games in eastern Siberia, the largest since 1981. The program will include 1,000 military aircraft and 36,000 tanks and armored vehicles. China sent a contingent of 3,200 troops to participate in the week-long Vostok-2018 exercise. The war games are concurrent with a bilateral meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Vladivostok. </p><br />
