Crap, I keep meaning to tell you the Doyle update. I got an email from Doyle sort of saying that if you couldn't do it he didn't want us to ask anyone else. Let me find it and forward to you. Didn't know what to do. Bottom line was that Doyle was appreciative and knew we were trying so we are OK with him.

I am going to make an appointment to see my guy and see what he says. I like him - he's one of the more respected GI doctors in DC and with a huge GI practice, but I haven't really gotten direct answers from him that have satisfied me. (Think it is the nature of the illness too.) It is this weird Diverticulosis/IBS mix that is troubling me. If you read the treatments for Diverticulosis, it says fiber. If you read about IBS it says fiber is bad. Know idea what to do. It is mentally depressing just as much as it is physically painful.
