Good afternoon,

Please find attached a copy of the Finance Committee approved FY 2019 proposed budget for your review. As a reminder, the WFP-USA is now on an October 1-September 30 fiscal year. I wanted to say a special thanks to Tony Fratto, Chairman of the Finance Committee, and to Larry Darrow, Chairman of the Development Committee, for all of their committee's hard work in drafting the revenue targets and the overall proposed FY 2019 budget.

We will have a conference call with members of the Board next week to review and take action on the FY 2019 proposed budget. Such a special meeting of the Board is allowed under Section 3.11 of our bylaws. The call will take place on Thursday, August 2 at 11am ET.
