I want to be sober, but I also don't want to feel this guilt and sadness everyday. The girls won't talk to me (out of love and advice) Kathleen will not communicate and I can't be alone like this. Sorry for the rambling email, but I want you to at least know that I have a plan, and I hope it works. I want to let Dad know first and then let Kathleen and girls know where I am when I get there.
