Hi Prof. Biden,

I hope this email finds you well! I saw your Dad on the Oscars last night
-- I think he was the only person besides Leonardo DiCaprio to get a
standing ovation, and your Dad didn't have to eat a raw bison's liver to
get it!

Last week I found out that I am a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF)
finalist. As a finalist I have preferential hiring at government agencies,
but still need to find an appointment. State is one of the more competitive
departments to get in, but that is my goal. I know you're incredibly busy,
but I'd love to get together to chat with you about public service and
opportunities that you might be aware of in government, particularly at the
State Department.

I know Jake (my husband now!) would also love to get together with you and
Prof. Norton sometime. Perhaps we could all grab a drink to catch up!
