Robert –

Earlier this week, Senate Republicans said they would refuse to even hold hearings to consider a Supreme Court nominee this year.

Republicans are willing to leave our nation’s highest court shorthanded and delay justice for an entire year just to score partisan points. This is a new low for GOP obstruction and we can’t let it stand.

I’m urging my colleagues to stop this blatantly partisan gambit and fulfill their constitutional duty to consider a Supreme Court nominee. Will you stand with me?

Add your name: Tell GOP senators to do their job and fill the Supreme Court vacancy.

Our nation’s system of checks and balances requires nine justices on the Supreme Court – and it’s our duty in the Senate to consider and vote on a nominee.

We’ve been here before: The Senate has confirmed 17 justices in presidential election years, and with more than 300 days left in President Obama’s presidency, we have more than enough time to give a nominee our full consideration. There’s no excuse for this obstruction.

I won’t allow Senate Republicans to weaken our democracy with their partisan agenda. Join me in demanding the Senate fulfill its constitutional duty and fill the Supreme Court vacancy!

Tell the Senate: Do your job. Fill the Supreme Court vacancy.

Thank you for speaking out,
