I am writing in reference to the upcoming annual St. Patrick's Day Breakfast hosted by the Vice President of the United States in honor of The Prime Minister and Mrs. Kenny. The breakfast will take place on Tuesday, March 15 at the Vice President's official residence in Washington, DC.
