Free Classes & Special Events Begin Tomorrow! I remember when I first opened Flow -- I meticulously planned all of the classes we would offer, the schedule, the teachers, the colors of the walls, the materials for our floors (cork & bamboo!), the software systems. I designed all that I thought Flow would become. But it wasn’t those design details or class schedule that brought Flow to life. It was YOU! Who we are is a reflection of who you are. Our journey has been made up of your journeys. Since 2004, there have been tens of thousands of yoga classes, cups of tea after class & stories shared across yoga mats. Sweat, laughter, tears. Your weddings. Babies. Jobs. Best friends. Cross-country moves. International assignments. Break ups, transitions. Funerals. Sickness. Healing. Community. Support. These walls have held so much. So much. As we move towards our 15th anniversary, we'd love to hear how Flow has played a role in your life! Do you have a Flow story?
