Members of the Board:

Thank you to everyone for your prompt response to Greg and John’s email
yesterday. We have received unanimous support for Bishop from both Boards,
and will proceed today with announcing his new position as interim
Executive Director. Our joint statement will be public later this afternoon.

Bishop and I will be in touch with each of you over the next few weeks. I
look forward to you getting to know him better- we truly are lucky to have
his leadership through this transition.
