Thanks Bonnie for this and all your work on governance related issues. Relative to Rick's key goals....my view... WFP-USA greatly exceeded expectations on USG funding and met them on his other key factors...save fundraising. Sounds like they we are well poised to have a better year in this area. Looks like Rick's base is well in line with other DC area NGO's.... but many of these are smaller in revenue, operating expenses and personnel. I would support a bump up in his base to match the smaller UN related NGO. Another thought..to have his 2016 bonus be tied more heavily to hitting overall fundraising targets. Alexandra (HR consultant) provided the attached market comparison graph to help us with Rick's review and our decision-making around his compensation.

It would be good to have this done before the board meeting so the Exec Committee can report to the full board. But if not, it really does need to be completed before the end of February and then reported to the board. Let me know how I can help.
