Submitting an US Attendance Request in Observance of a Religious Holidays

Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians:

If your child is scheduled to be absent from his/her classes in observance of a religious holiday, please submit a Student Logistics Request form through your parent portal in QuakerZone or phone me at 202-537-8160.

Below are the instructions to submit a Student Logistics Request form.

1. Log into the Parent Portal<http://www.sidwell.edu/parents> and click the orange QuakerZone button. Once inside QuakerZone, click on the red “Attendance/Change Pick-Up” button.

2. Select your child, the date, and whether you are making a change to Attendance, or Multi-Day Absence from school. Complete the information requested, and submit.

4) You will receive an email confirmation when your request has been reviewed/approved (or declined). You can also check the status of any student logistics request by selecting your child and the relevant date and reviewing the information on the right side of the screen.
