Hi guys -

So I reached out on the 3 properties: Benedict Canyon, Devista, and Sky.
Devista was leased out and Benedict Canyon is undergoing some renovations
and won't be available to be shown until 5/10. The gorgeous view home on
Sky can be shown tomorrow but the agent likes to be sure that everyone
knows that the home is in well-kept original condition (not modernized with
appliances) and that the drive from Sunset to the property is about 10-15
minutes. Views like that take a little winding up the hill. It's
unfurnished as well. But I think it's a stunning mid-century home and the
views look amazing. Happy to line up a showing if you'd like.

Lastly, I wanted to be sure you saw the one on Hollywood Blvd. It's a great
house that really may work well for you, but recognizing that it's
