FYI, Arlene and I talked to Zac yesterday. Told him we couldn't do a success fee relationship until we had a broker dealer. Proposed they pay us a retainer starting Sep. 1 and going through end of the year when we anticipate BD will be up and running. Arlene also said she would be able to tell them by mid-October if we can't be helpful so worst case scenario they'd be out a month and half's retainer. They sounded like they are going to consider it. More later. Eric D.
