Dear USGLC Board of Directors,

The formal invitation will be sent out tomorrow, but I wanted to share this year's exciting line-up. Mark your calendar as you won't want to miss this year's USGLC Tribute Dinner on December 10th. We will have the honor of paying tribute to a new generation of bipartisan champions on Capitol Hill as we thank two Senators who have already made tremendous contributions to our cause - Senators Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) and Tim Kaine (D-VA). In addition, we are delighted to be honoring USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah for his innovative and dynamic leadership over the past five years. While not confirmed, we have invited Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK) to participate in the tribute to Raj.

I am also very pleased that Kathy Calvin, President & CEO of the UN Foundation, has agreed to serve as one of the Dinner Co-Chairs. Kathy has been a passionate advocate for U.S. global leadership and will bring tremendous stature to our signature event. We are close to confirming our business co-chair. As in past years, this will be a fabulous evening with some special entertainment. It will be an ideal opportunity to thank our friends from Capitol Hill and to usher in the holiday season together.
