> I am writing the “for the record” minutes of our Executive Session that will cover the board’s approval of hiring Ron’s event planning firm at $6600 a month plus expenses ( Patty told me she and Ron have agreed on this figure and it will be a part of the formal contract Ron will sign once he sets up his event planning business LLC ) , our discussion of Josh’s agreement to sign on as an employee of the BBF and officially become an officer , the Chief Operations Officer , of the Foundation and the $5,000 bonus we approved for Patty.
