Mike,

Yesterday Jim explained to us that his company is a full service
company (i.e. puts together financing via its financial relationships
and develops the community) and explained the types of opportunities
they are looking for in Africa, or throughout the world in general.
Basically he said if needs are sent to them, his team can review, and
they can determine if they are able to provide the solution.

Asked Mohamed what we have on the table in terms of low-income
housing. He said actually the Minister of Infrastructure from Ivory
Coast (Cote D'Ivoire) presented to us this week that they are looking
for social housing, the partner would need to provide the full
solution like Jim's company does, build and bring the financing. Some
highlights:

- Project Size - Around $50-$55 million USDs

- 10 year repayment

- Government provides guaranty for financing, provides land, and gives
tax exonerations

- Housing type: Combination of F3, F4, and F5. Jim has the dimensions
of what this is.

Does Hunter prefer that the opportunities are forwarded to Rosemont
and he presents to his uncle so they can see if it is a fit or should
it just be forwarded to his uncle directly? Just want to be sure how
he wants to work that. Alpha is going to put together the information
on Guinea to send to Jim.
