See below. Reminder that you said at some point you and Devon needed to have a discussion on the waterfall. We are now at $2.2m in billings on an annualized basis. (I'll talk to him about the $80K for 2010. Not sure that it is a write off - if we didn't hit it we didn't owe it, but pretty sure this is just for accounting purposes on their end. Don't want to agree however that it is somehow a "debt" that we owed them and are writing off.)
